  Pathetic.
  
  Rooms are old and dated.
  
  This day and age I haven't seen the ugly looking Televisions and Phones in any of the hotels that I have enjoyed.
  
  I stayed in the property along with my family [with 2 little kids]. Experience was horrible. We reached the property after a long drive, tired and exhausted.
  
  I had opted for Junior suit. There was no concierge / room boy service to carry our luggage. No trolly services. I had struggle to carry all my lunges as wife was managing kids. Our allotted room was at the far end of the property. Reaching the room that was allocated, we were shocked see that the room has not been cleaned after someone checked out. Food was left on the floor. Tea bags on the table. Used Pillows and linen.
  
  I rang the service, described the situation. There was no words of apologies exchanged. Lady on the phone was rude, she sounded like these things happens and seems guests needs to deal with this. I asked her, who's responsible for this mess and answer was she can ''only arrange another room if guest are not satisfied with the room''.
  
  I had to wait for another 20 mins for someone to turn up and get us to another room.
  
  I'm frequent traveler and this will be my last stay with Hilton. I had left this feedback on the feedback form, left my email id but I haven't got any response from the hotel management. Horrible.

  At least some of the rooms have been modernised recently, even the older rooms are fine if a little dated.
  
  Room service and general hotel services are perfectly acceptable, so there's nothing wrong there.
  
  Food is varied in both cost and quality with plenty of places to eat. Drinks are a tad expensive and there a little less selection than I'd have liked.
  
  All in all, a consistantly great stay year on year.

  Stayed New Years Eve 2016.
  
  Lovely hotel with plenty of helpful and friendly staff.
  
  Room was basic for "executive" but the bed was comfy.
  
  Executive lounge is worth the extra money as it is like having your very own small bar. Complimentary food is available too.
  
  Swimming pool is small but big enough for a quick swim and then relax in the jacuzzi.
  
  Overall good stay. However, parking should be free for guests. £12 overnight.

  Stayed here on numerous occasions. Staff are attentive and willing. A busy hotel because of its location. Allow dogs at a charge. Rooms are comfortable. In house dining and drinking is at hotel prices. The Concierge staff are extremely helpful.
